A Dent of London Incline gravity clock with gilt metal barrel case, silvered dial with Roman numerals, on a leather mounted platform SOLD £800

There is some light pitting to the case and the dial is in need of a clean. The leather on the incline is slightly worn where the clock rolls and there is a stain to the brass under-tier. The clock is running fast but otherwise in good condition. The back of the movement is marked "No 085 Andrew Fell del. 1973". The dial turns when turned with the fingers.
