A 19th Century French 8 day striking mantel clock contained in a gilt metal case with figures depicting education, striking on a bell and complete with glass dome (no pendulum)

Condition report

This clock is missing some of the decoration from the bottom left of the dial. It is also missing it's pendulum, key and back plate. It is otherwise in good condition but is not currently working. We believe the case to be spelter. The glass dome is in good condition.
