William Nicholas of Birmingham, an 18th Century 8 day striking longcase clock, the 36cm arched dial painted a figure of a seated shepherdess and acorn spandrels and having minute indicator and hour dial, contained in an inlaid mahogany case with turned and fluted columns to the side complete with pendulum and weights, 241cm high SOLD £320

We believe the movement of this clock to be original to the face and clock. The cheeks do not appear to have been reduced. The clock is currently in working order and is otherwise in good condition.
