A French 19th Century striking mantel clock with gilt dial and Roman numerals contained in a red boulle shaped case surmounted by a figure of a standing cherub, the back plate of the movement marked BR, 48cm h x 22cm w x 12cm d SOLD £300

There are some sections of brass inlay rising, some small splits and some small sections missing to all sides. There are some light scuffs and scratches to the enamelled numerals and some small holes in the case around the dial. The pin that the pendulum hangs on is missing. The clock is otherwise currently in working order
