A Victorian walnut trinket box with hinged lid, the interior fitted a musical box movement 12"

There is a hole drilled to the back of the box for the winder of the musical movement. There are surface marks to the veneer on the lid of the box. The movement is not working and as the box is sealed, we are unable to tell what sort of movement it is without damaging the box.
