I am afraid that we have no information about the clarity of the stones but can confirm that this is a modern piece of jewellery which is entered for sale by the gentleman who makes it. Therefore, the stones are a modern cut and shallower than older ones. The carat weight will be correct as this is information given to us by the vendor.
