A 19th Century French 8 day striking mantel clock with enamelled dial, contained in a gilt ormolu case, the back plated marked Medaille D'or Pons 1827 SOLD £300

This clock has several chips surrounding the winding holes. There are cracks to the dial at 12.30, 1, 3.30, 5.15 and cracks and a chip at 9. The clock is currently in working order. It has both a key and a pendulum.
