Please note that all condition reports are dealt with in order of recept and having only received the first request 10 mins prior to closing, it was placed \"in the queue\". The 24\" measurement given in the description is for the max width of the lot. The height is 28\". There is another door on the other side which opens out the same way (with the handle on the left and the hinges on the right). The cabinet is in good overall order but does have some surface marks and scratches.
