Thomas Ryder of London, an 8 day grand sonne chiming longcase clock, striking on 9 bells, the 30cm gilt dial with silvered chapter ring, minute indicator and marked Thomas Ryder London, with strike chime arm to the side, contained in an oak case, complete with pendulum and 3 weights 220cm h x 48cm w x 24cm SOLD £1400

The movement and case are in barn condition, the hour hand is damaged. The movement is dirty, there is rust to the steel parts and the clock has not apparently run for several years. The hood is missing three finials and a piece of timber from the right hand side.
