The dagger has no other official markings or stamps. The early brown leather scabbard (without wings) has a nickel chape.
The dagger was the property of Royal Marine L G Elliot service no PO/X5111 (name and number on reverse of scabbard) whose service medals are also being sold in this auction as lot 450
