Attributed to Richard Dighton (British, 1795-1880) - Honour & Talent (Lord Falmouth and Fred Archer), 19th Century watercolour with ink and gouache, inscribed verso, 20cm x 15cm, within a gilt composition frame. Note: Fred Archer, a renowned English flat race jockey of the Victorian era, was hailed as "the best all-round jockey that the turf has ever seen." As a retained rider for Lord Falmouth, he secured more than half of his British Classic Races victories
