All customers will need to wear a proper face mask upon entering the premises.
Our ANTIQUE auctions will now be held over two days, on a Wednesday and Thursday. Please refer to the website or catalogue index for which day each section is offered . VINTAGE auctions will still be a one day auction on a Wednesday.
You will need to book an appointment via our online booking system to view or attend an auction. We can accommodate 15 people per hour for view days or per auction section for auction days. Please phone us if you would like to attend an auction. You will be expected to wear face masks when attending an auction. We will provide gloves for customers to wear on view days.
Customers browsing the counters will be expected to wear a face mask and gloves
One customer/Household is allowed in Reception at any one time. We are operating a one-way system into the sale room, the exit being the double doors at the back of the sale room. Please DO NOT re-enter Reception via the sale room.
Customers are expected to maintain a 2 metre distance from others throughout the sale room at all times and sanitise their hands before entry. On auction day customers will be asked to sit 2 metres apart on the seating provided .
The auction will be live on our bidding platform for no extra fee. For Antique auctions can also live bid at thesaleroom.com who charge an additional fee of 4.95% of the hammer price + VAT.
Please bring your own refreshments as we will not be providing hot drinks or sandwiches at this time.
The toilets are officially closed unless urgent
Visitors for collections/delivery will be placed on a queue system and asked to wait in the car park until they can be seen.
