A Georgian inlaid mahogany knife box with hinged lid and of serpentine outline 9" ILLUSTRATED

There are chips to the veneer on the top and the bottom of the front panel. The left side of the front panel is cracked and there is damage to the inlay. There is some veneer loss to the lid. There is a crack to the right hand panel at the back and also some loss to the inside. The original interior is missing.
