The plate looks like it is just cracked with a chip to the rim until you turn it over and see the old stapled repair where it shows that the bottom has been out of the plate completely. As catalogued the dish is cracked. The lid is fine other than damage to the finial, with leaves missing but the body has numerous cracks and chips.
